Ingredients

  • 5 dates
  • 60 g dried cherries
  • 60 g quinoa
  • 60 g almonds
  • 60 g pistachios
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 120 g cacao nibs

Instructions

1.

Place all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a blender and pulse a few times to form a sticky mixture.

2.

Divide the mixture into 18 evenly sized balls. Press each ball into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

3.

Melt the cacao nibs in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.

4.

Remove the tray from the freezer and top each cube with the melted cacao and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
