Alflorex® Dual Action is a unique combination of two PrecisionBiotic® cultures, 35624® & 1714 Serenitas®, combined with selected B vitamins to reduce tiredness and fatigue, and calcium to contribute to the normal function of digestive enzymes.


How often should you take Alflorex® Dual Action?

The recommended daily dosage of Alflorex® Dual Action is 1 capsule per day. A single Alflorex® Dual Action capsule contains around 1 billion bacteria (or 1x10^9 colony forming units). The number of bacteria in each capsule has been scientifically studied and chosen for optimal effectiveness.


How quickly will Alflorex® Dual Action work?

"Alflorex® Dual Action begins working immediately. The specially selected 35624® and 1714® cultures in Alflorex® Dual Action should reach your gut in peak condition within a few hours of taking Alflorex® Dual Action.
