How do I take Daily Calm?
Take one capsule every day, with or without food.
For best results, we recommend taking PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calmwith
cold or warm drinks instead of hot drinks or acidic drinks as acid can damage
the1714ā¢ culture. For example with water, milk or plant-based milk
alternativessuch as soya, almond or rice milks as these are less
acidic than fruit juices.
If you find it difficult to swallow the capsule, the
capsule can be opened and the contents dispensed and mixed into cold or warm
(not hot) water, milk or food, and consumed straight away.
How quickly will Daily Calm take to work?
PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm begins working
immediately. The specially selected 1714ā¢ strain should reach your gut
in peak condition within a few hours of taking PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm.
During the first two weeks, PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm will begin to

the acidic environment of the stomach. However, we recommend that PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm is not taken
with fruit juice as a precaution to ensure that the strain is entering the
gastrointestinal tract in peak condition.
For best results, we recommend taking PrecisionBioticsĀ®
Daily Calm with cold or warm (not hot) water, milk or plant-based milk
alternatives, such as soya, almond or rice milks as these are less acidic than
fruit juices.
Can I take Daily Calm with alcohol?
The Bifidobacterium longum1714ā¢
strain in PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm, can be inactivated by alcohol.
We recommend not drinking alcohol for a few hours
after taking PrecisionBioticsĀ® Daily Calm.
Per capsule, Daily Calm
contains 1.4mg vitamin B6.
B vitamins are commonly added to
foods and food supplements and are considered to be safe and well-tolerated.As a number of B
vitamins are from an animal origin, it is common practice in the food industry

unable to consume animal-based foods, such as vegetarians and vegans. The

species that may be passed naturally from mother to baby at birth, and which

Daily Calm has been confirmed by research studies in humans. During the

begin to gently prime the gut, some people may experience mild and temporary
