Excellent.
5I decided to try these as I've got ongoing gastro-intestinal issues for which I'm taking prescription medicines but I still feel my symptoms could be better controlled. I find they have really helped with the acid reflux, gas and bloating I've been experiencing.

These are amazing, changed my bowel health.
5These probiotic capsules are perfect for me. They contain a single strain of probiotic called Bifidobacterium longum culture (B. bifidum) which in my opinion is the best type of friendly bacteria there is.I have had a Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection twice, not pleasant as it causes horrible fatigue amongst other things. The first time it was treated by conventional triple therapy meds from my doctor, they came with their own side effects plus the infection came back very quickly afterwards. The second time my friend suggested I see her alternative practitioner who discussed in length the causes and the way to get rid of the infection and B. bifidum was part of the treatment. It worked very well.This type of probiotic is also very helpful to help; irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), lung infections, diarrhoea and constipation, ulcerative colitis and helpful to ease diverticular disease flares.Not all supplements are equal, probiotics have to be prepared carefully to make sure they are alive and designed in a delivery method that means they will reach the gut alive, these fit the bill perfectly.I stopped taking my regular brand and started taking these. The capsules are medium in size and easy to swallow, they leave no aftertaste. After a week I am very impressed all ready, they help me more than the brand I had been taking. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to switch to these on a permanent basis right now but if I could, I would. They really are good quality and work very well with helping bloating and diverticular pain.

What a great product
5I had really good results after just a few weeks . I have a few issues after eating gluten and dairy but taking these really helps with the bloating and gas.
