OK with Mast Cell Activation
4I take these to help my bowels and improve my gut microbiome. My bowel regularity has improved. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I chose this Probiotic as it is low in Histamine and I get on fine with them, including the capsule, I haven't had any reactions, so I don't have to remove the capsule. However no miracles on MCAS symptoms. I will continue to take them as I feel overall better taking them than not taking them.

Great help for me
4I had been taking a different probiotic for many years so I was apprehensive about changing but really glad that I did. It took my gut a few weeks to adapt to Alflorex initially but then it settled and I noticed the benefits. I had to stop taking Alflorex for a week for a medical test and really noticed the negative difference in my gut symptoms (especially the lower bowel pain I sometimes get) without it so am back on it now. I would really recommend giving it a try.

Interesting little pills worth trying
5I've been trying these for 2 months now and just about to start the 3rd month. It actually helps emptying my bowels without causing diarrhea, I feel much lighter and empty if you know what I mean. I hope it will help with bloating as well. We'll see.I'm thinking of trying the new dual action too because of the extra vitamin B.

A magic pill
5I have suffered for years with various stomach issues but I know it sounds silly but this really is a magic pill. Stomach symptoms have settled down considerably and I’m far more confident in being able to deal with the day ahead.They were recommended by my nutritionist and have made such a difference!

Happy Tum
5I was recommended this product from the dietitian at the hospital who are treating me for my Crohn’s.  I was very sceptical at first but after reading all the reviews decided a long side the hospital to give it a go, and I must say it does make a difference to me . I’m not so bloated as I used to be & my pain is much more manageable so I would highly recommend this product, I take the Alflorex once a day it’s good bacteria.

Easy to take
5Not really sure what to write. They are a calcium supplement, I have chosen to take them to try and increase my chance if conceiving a girl. It’s worked in previous pregnancies so fingers crossed for this time!

Ooh
5Now, here's a thing: every now and then I get horrible indigestion (if I eat something too spicy; drink alcohol or overindulge in really rich foods) and it lasts for days. I generally have to slam it with Rennies peppermint and ice-cold milk, and after a few days it finally fades away.But, last time I felt a bit of a flare-up, I tried one of these and it definitely made a difference, which is remarkable. I've taken Optibac Extra Strength for years, but have finally been wooed away by another brand, so am going to add these to my arsenal. At the moment I'm taking a daily probiotic that has 200 billion CFU but, once I finish the course, I'll try these full-time for a month or so to see which makes the bigger difference and go with that one. I shall update if I can find this review again.But if these did nothing but settle bad indigestion, they're an absolute God-send, and the £21.21 asking price is a bargain.

Quality ingredients
4You are getting 30 capsules here and you take one capsule daily. I appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegetarian product but it doesn’t say anything about being vegan. However upon inspection of thing credence I don’t see anything that should be an issue towards it being suitable for vegans. The capsules are a typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact that you do not have to refrigerate these which makes them convenient to take on store. The ingredients and bacteria use some really good quality and this is certainly one to consider.
