Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 apple - (I use Pink Ladies as they are my favourite and super sweet)
- 1 big dollop of peanut butter - (or any nut butter of your choosing)
- 100ml milk - (skimmed cow’s milk, or a plant milk if you prefer - I imagine oat would be perfect, as its creamy), you can always add more as needed
- Ice cubes, - to thicken, if desired.
Instructions
Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.
You can also add ~10g chia seeds to this smoothie for extra fibre, minerals, and omega 3 fatty acids.
