I bought this product as I have IBS-D and had tried other probiotics but didn’t feel they have helped. However I do feel Alflorex has helped me, I have used these alongside new medication for my IBS and I have been feeling better.

I was recommended to take this by a dietitian due to swallowing and motility issues. I can definitely say I have noticed some benefits after 2 months. I have also noticed less bloating. Definitely going to keep going with these to see if I notice further improvements.
