Really helps IBS
5I have been using these for several years now and it really helps with my IBS D. Whenever I stop taking it for a month or two I end up taking it again as my IBS gradually gets worse again. Really helps make life more predictable and less anxious.

Welcome back original Alflorex
5Alflorex helps a lot with my painful bloating and constipation. If I forget to take it for a couple of days I notice the difference. Containing only one strain, Bifidobacterium longum, it is safe for Histamine Intolerance. I also have MCAS and find I am able to tolerate the capsule, but you can remove the powder if you prefer. I am pleased to see the Original Alflorex is back because I prefer the smaller sized capsules and the push top airtight container. Also gives people the option of whether they actually want added calcium or not.
