If you want to feel good take zenflore
I’m a big fan of zenflore & how much better it makes me feel. I got my husband to try them too & he has noticed how much brighter he feels. Quite expensive but absolutely worth it in my opinion.

I take this at the same time as Alforex, which really helps my stomach to feel normal. Zenflore has improved my sleep and mood. I think there is something to this brain gut axis science so if one works for you then the other will as well. The fact that vitamins are added is a bit annoying as my body balance completely changed and I had to take a multivitamin at the same time to counter the effects of the vitamins. I am now probably overdosing on vitamins which could have been avoided if they just sold the gut bacteria. However, it does work. I sleep deeper, wake up less frequently and am more relaxed. This coupled with a normal stomach means that Precision Biotics has changed my life for the better. Thank you!

I take this to lessen the physical sensations of my anxiety. In that regard it works, particularly apparent when I'm pushed outside my comfort zone around three to four weeks in. It won't lessen the inner voices in your head if that's what people are looking for though but this makes it easier to ignore. Makes for a potent intervention for anyone going through CBT, where there's a heavy emphasis on facing your fears and pushing your comfort zone. Aside from that, no side effects, my digestion seems to be healthier, helped with my constipation, acts as a laxative (for me at least). Not a magic pill by any means and the effects can be subtle, expectations should be measured and you should have a clear understanding of why you are taking this and listen to your body. It works for the things I want it to. Your mileage may vary.
