Watermelon and cranberry cooler

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 100 g cranberries, frozen
  • 100 g watermelon, deseeded
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tsp runny acacia honey
  • - Sparkling water to top up, approximately 300ml

Instructions

  1. Place the cranberries, watermelon, mint and honey with 200ml water in a blender and blitz.

  2. Pour over ice, then top with sparkling water.
