Ingredients
- 1 banana
- A cup of frozen mango
- A cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 block of frozen spinach
- 1 apple
- 10g chai seeds
- 4 or 5 heaped tablespoons of kefir or natural yogurt, occasionally I swap the kefir for milk

Blend until completely smooth. Add water, a little at a time, to loosen the fruit and get it to your desired consistency.

Top tip: frozen fruits help to give the smoothie a thick and creamy texture.

Add a dash of lime juice for an even zingier flavour!

Swap for other fruits of your choosing, if preferred.
