Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats (check gluten free if avoiding gluten)
- 150 ml almond milk
- Half tsp mixed spice
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
Place the oats and mixed spice in a bowl, pour over the milk and mix well and leave to soak overnight.
Transfer to a blender, add the other ingredients and whizz together.
