- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp premium-grade Matcha powder
- 500 ml water
- - Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp runny acacia honey
Pour a little boiling water onto the Matcha powder and stir well to make a smooth paste.
Add 500ml water, lemon juice and honey, then chill in the fridge.
Serve over ice.
