I've previously tried 2 supplements from this company both containing the 1714 strain of b longum- sportspro + and zenflore.this also contains the 1714 strain but with an additional strain for digestion along with the b vitamins for the same price this represents better value for money in my book

Easy to swallow pills. Been taking them a week now. I can't say I am feeling any less fatique however they are helpful for the gut and I have a terrible diet so anything like this is a bonus for my body.

You get 30 powder-filled capsules in a small plastic pill container together with some instructions on use printed on the box with a few more details on the enclosed leaflet.The manufacturer calls the tablets 'dual action' as two different strains of alforex are included plus vitamin B and calcium. Usefully, you only need to take one tablet daily, can take it with or without food, and the tablets don't have to be stored in a fridge.The tablets are pretty easy to swallow and have no discernible taste. Whether they are effective is up to the consumer to decide. I doubt they do harm and probiotics are currently highly regarded.The tablets are expensive however at around £1 a tablet, so £30 a month. I think I'd want to see a significant benefit to justify that. They are also not quite so pleasant to consume as a probiotic yogurt drink which would be cheaper.Overall just about four stars.

You are getting 30 capsules here and you take one capsule daily. I appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegetarian product but it doesn't say anything about being vegan. However upon inspection of thing credence I don't see anything that should be an issue towards it being suitable for vegans. The capsules are a typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact that you do not have to refrigerate these which makes them convenient to take on store. The ingredients and bacteria use some really good quality and this is certainly one to consider.

Taking good gut bacteria in pill form is certainly a better option than spending money on the various yoghurts and yoghurt drinks on the market as the bugs will arrive intact in your gut and disperse there. Taking them with foodstuffs offers them no protection from damage in their travels from your mouth through your digestive system. That said the packaging does say to avoid taking with hot drinks - likely because the protective pill casing will dissolve too quickly. It's hard to review the effectiveness of the easy-to-swallow pills because this varies from person to person depending on their biology and dietary habits etc. Suffice to say that my dietary habits are pretty woeful and while I felt no huge response to a course of these tablets neither did they do me any noticeable harm e.g. no stomach cramping or adverse change in my bowel movements. My advice would be to give them a go and see how they help you.

I have been taking probiotics for many years, as part of a multivitamin tablet. Recently I have become increasingly interested in the role that the gut plays in good health so decided to give this product, which supplies a greater variety of good bacteria, a try. I was worried that it might cause some gut upset initially but there was no sign of that. The product is expensive but then so is illness.

After a heavy course of antibiotics, my GI track was destroyed, I was bloated, gassy, had diarrhoea, chronic constipation, fatigue, pressure in my stomach, weight gain, and joint pain. All my blood test were good and my GP suggested using some prebiotics.This supplement seems helping, I feel more energetic and less bloated, will continue using them and will reorder once needed.

These capsules are designed to help reduce fatigue and to support the functions of the gut. They are very easy to take. The advised dosage is one capsule daily. I take mine at lunch with the meal and a good cup of water. They have no perceptible taste or smell and no after-taste.At the price, they are quite dear. That said, I have been taking them for almost one week and that dreadful mid-afternoon drag has lightened. The desperate need to crawl under my desk and sleep has reduced to a manageable, slightly worn feeling so that is good progress.Regarding the effects of the gut functions, I have been and felt far less bloated after eating. I try to keep a sensible and varied diet but after a meal usually feel very tired and uncomfortably puffed up. I'm relieved to say a lot of that has gone. The bloating has subsided so I don't look like a puffball and the post-prandial yawns have vanished. If the situation changes for the better or for the worse I'll revisit this review. To date, I'm pleased with the improvement from taking these capsules.

This really works. It was recommended to me by a hospital consultant when nothing seemed to help and I’m so glad I took his advice. Cannot recommend more highly 

My doctor recommended I start taking these after a stomach issue. Was a little bit skeptical but Im so impressed! I take the dual action and take it daily. Been taking for 2.5 weeks now and I feel so much better. What really stands out is my increase in energy and I definitely feel way less anxious. I would 100% recommend any one taking these. Slightly on the pricey side but its worth every penny/ cent
