Amazing such a difference

As a Crohn's sufferer I have used Alflorex for several months at the recommendation of my hospital consultant.  My Crohn's is largely in remission and without prescription medication! I am confident Alflorex has supported my health significantly and now  I have upgraded to Alforex Duel Action I look forward to this continuing with further enhanced fatigue support.  Thanks you !

I have had IBS for a lot of years and it has been the bane of my life. I have tried many things from my doctor which just haven't worked. When I was looking online I spotted Alflorex and was willing to try it. It was the best thing I could have done, it has given me my freedom back and certainly helped me no end, would definitely recommend.

I've had digestive problems for many years, exacerbated (I think) by taking prescribed proton pump inhibitors for many years. I have tried many probiotics including Alflorex and Zenflore with varying results. I am currently trying Aflorex Dual Action with promising progress.  I have more energy and sleep better so I will continue on Aflorex Dual Action and hope that my health continues to improve.Thank you.

i got these to help my gut ive been struggling with for a bit and since i started to take a week ago it does help keep my gut feeling healthier and less acid or ibs, they have no nasty taste and easy to swallow.

These 'Alflorex' live bio cultures from PrecisionBiotics come packaged in an airtight sealed container. The tub is quite small yet contains 30 medium sized capsules which I found easy to swallow. These capsules appear to be very good quality and not only contain two important strains of beneficial bacteria but also include calcium and vitamin B6. They claim to be gentle on the stomach and I can confirm that I have not experienced any problem or unwelcome side effects in this respect.I have been a long-term sufferer of diverticulosis and IBS. Having good gut flora is a help in alleviating some of the symptoms and I have found these live bio cultures to be very effective. Since I have been taking them I have been completely free from my usual symptoms. My bowel habits have been regular, easy and comfortable and I have been feeling light, bright and more energetic than I have for a long time. I have also suffered from mild facial rosacea and I have noticed an apparent improvement in my skin, which appears clearer and much less red.At nearly £30 for just 30 capsules, the recommended serving of a day make these a little expensive for us as it would mean laying out £60 each month for two of us. This is more than three times the price of our usual product.) So, though I'm sure these are excellent quality I don't think we'll be likely to be ordering more when these run out as they are just too expensive for us.

As with all supplements, I'm not a chemist and can't analyse the product's active content. I can say that the bottle is well made and the tablets are easy to swallow. All good so far.
