I’ve started taking these for the past few weeks and I believe these are better than the one strand Alflorex. The price between the two isn’t much and I’d recommend paying a bit extra to have the Dual benefits. 

Have suffered with gut problems for years and I cannot believe the results with these! Wish I knew about them soo much sooner! 10/10 recommend 

My doctor has pointed out that calcium interferes with absorption of my thyroid medication, and is contributing to constipation which is ironically the reason I started taking probiotics, so honestly I miss the old version without the added calcium. Please bring it back because out of a dozen different brands this has been the best:)
