After using for several days I have had a positive experience

I absolutely love the idea of using things such as probiotics to help your guts and mental health overall. I have heard of the product, but never tried them so far. I do find these so easy to use, and definitely better for me.

Alflorex has really helped with bloating around my stomach. I’ve also noticed far less gas. Would recommend.

Amazing ! I suffered from a multitude of chronic illnesses band conditions which a take a huge box of meds for. I suffer with chronic fatigue and IBD as well as diverculitis. So bloating , lathargy , wind, lack of sleep, focus etc . Quiet quickly issues began to damper and within a week I noticed big changes. My skin was clearer. I was sleeping longer. Somethin I've not done for so long. Less trips to the bath room. Less bloates. More energy. So very happy. Long may it continue to improve. I can reccomend

I've used Precision biotics also in the past and I love them. They definitely deliver things that other probiotics don't as they blend ingredients for gut health as well as for mental health. Very pleased overall

The capsules are well packaged with an informative leaflet insert, they are easy to swallow with no aftertaste at all. I have only been using the capsules for a few days and therefore have not been able to ascertain whether they have made any significant change to my digestive health.
