Really enjoyed trying this and really noticed a difference in myself

I was really impressed with how well it helped my digestion and stomach. It helped regulate me and I had less gas and pain. I don’t think it made a big difference to my energy levels, but I do have chronic health issues which impact on them. It was easy to swallow and I had no adverse reactions in any way.

The product is great, easy to swallow and no side effects. Recommend it
