Alflorex helps a lot with my painful bloating and constipation. If I forget to take it for a couple of days I notice the difference. Containing only one strain, Bifidobacterium longum, it is safe for Histamine Intolerance. I also have MCAS and find I am able to tolerate the capsule, but you can remove the powder if you prefer. I am pleased to see the Original Alflorex is back because I prefer the smaller sized capsules and the push top airtight container. Also gives people the option of whether they actually want added calcium or not.

I have been using these for several years now and it really helps with my IBS D. Whenever I stop taking it for a month or two I end up taking it again as my IBS gradually gets worse again. Really helps make life more predictable and less anxious.

Have been taking daily for years and still is the preferred probiotic for me. Tried the other versions such as chewable etc, but this is hands down the best and easiest to take. Helps with bloating and painful cramping, looking forward to exploring other supplements such as immunity..

Was recommended these probiotics by a dietitian to help with numerous gastric issues and IBS. I take one a day now religiously and they have made a huge difference. 

Seems to have significantly reduced periods of IBS-D, though has caused some constipation. Definitely the best product for the job
