If there is an issue with swallowing the capsule, the capsule can be opened and sprinkled over food or mixed with fluids.

Note: Fruit juices are generally acidic, and acid can damage the 1714® culture. We recommend taking SportPro+ Perform™ with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g., soya, almond or rice milks. However, SportPro+ Perform™ can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 1714® culture.

For best results we recommend you store SportPro+ Perform™ in the original container with the lid securely closed.
