How quickly does Zenflore® work?
Zenflore® begins working immediately. The specially selected 1714® strain in Zenflore® should reach your gut in peak condition within a few hours of taking Zenflore®. During the first two weeks, Zenflore® will begin to gently prime the gut where it is needed. When taken every day, you can expect to feel the full effects of Zenflore® within four to eight weeks.

How many bacteria are in each capsule of Zenflore®?
A single Zenflore® capsule contains around 1 billion bacteria, or 1 x 10^9 colony forming units (CFUs). The number of bacteria in each capsule has been scientifically studied and chosen for optimal effectiveness. The dose in the capsule remains effective throughout its shelf life.

How long should I take Zenflore® for and what happens if I stop?
Zenflore® stays in your gut for as long as you continue to take it.
It performs it's action in the gut and then will naturally be swept out by regular bowel movements.
As long as you feel the stress triggers are there, taking Zenflore® will provide support for your mind and body during busy and demanding times.
By taking a single capsule of Zenflore® every day you can ensure your gut remains primed. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember.

Will Zenflore® make me drowsy?
No.

Will Zenflore® affect my sleep?
Zenflore®, with the natural 1714-Serenitas® culture and specially selected vitamins, has been formulated to provide a solution to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Can I take the product with medicines? Can I take the product with antibiotics?
There are no known adverse interactions of Zenflore®with medicines. If you are prescribed antibiotics, it is best to take Zenflore® at a different time of day from the antibiotics because the bacteria in Zenflore® can be inactivated by antibiotics.

Are there any side effects when taking Zenflore®? What should I expect when taking Zenflore®?
There are no known side effects of taking Zenflore®. It is a food supplement containing bacteria belonging to a species that may be passed naturally from mother to baby at birth, and which may live naturally in the gut. The safety of the bacteria contained in Zenflore® has been confirmed by research studies in humans. During the first few weeks of taking Zenflore®, as the bacteria begin to gently prime the gut, some people may experience mild and temporary changes in their gut.

Can I travel with the product?
Yes. The special packaging for Zenflore® capsules means that they can travel with you and still keep their qualities.
