Recommended for stomach cramps and IBS bloating
4I have found Alflorex really helpful to improve IBS stomach cramps and bloating and the fact that it now contains added calcium is a bonus for both gut and bone health. Well worth a try!

Gut Health
5I suffer from diverticulitis, and had an attack from one to three times a month. This would render me unfit for work and losing earnings as I’m self employed. Since taking Alflorex I rarely get any issues now, and if I do, it’s very light and last for no time at all. Alflorex has given me my life back and I would totally recommend this to anyone who has any gut issues. This will sort you out.

What I’ve been looking for for years!
5I’ve had painful IBS with lots of bloating for years and years, and this product has worked wonders. My stomach is now comfortable every day, and they are easy and quick to take (no faffing around with fridges and liquids). No more evening bloats and painful gas. They are also very reasonably priced, so I will definitely be buying more!

Stomach cramps improved a lot
4I have found Alflorex with calcium really beneficial to help the stomach cramps my IBS-C sometimes causes, i would really recommend giving this product a try especially if you experience stomach cramps.

Many benefits - worth a try
4I find this alflorex really beneficial for my IBS and would really recommend giving it a try. It now has added calcium so perhaps would be beneficial to those struggling to get enough calcium in their diet such as those with dairy intolerance or vegan etc whilst also benefitting their digestive health.

Huge improvement to my stomach pain and bloating
5I have suffered with stomach pain and bloating for as long as I can remember and thought my ‘stomach attacks’, which were so bad I couldn’t stand up and would have to cancel plans to lie down until they passed, we’re just something I had to live with and just hope didn’t happen on days I had important events on! Since starting Alflorex i have noticed a huge difference to my stomach pains and bloating and stopped experiencing my ‘stomach attack’. In fact it was only when I had two the other week I realised how long it had been since I had one and realised that I needed to buy more alflorex immediately as had been two weeks (I had just kept forgetting to reorder). Safe to say I won’t let myself run out again! Highly recommend to anyone with any stomach pain or bloating.

Benefit of added calcium now in alforex
4I would really recommend trying alforex as it has benefited my gut bowel issues and the added calcium it now contains helps general gut function and has helped improve my blood calcium levels especially as I am lactose intolerant.

Well worth a go
4My recent repeat order of Alflorex was promptly delivered despite black friday and postal strikes and i had a prompt response to the question i asked before delivery. It has taken some time for my gut to adapt to Alflorex but well worth sticking with it and a bonus now it also has added calcium. Well worth a go.

Is making a positive difference
4I started taking Alflorex tablets after a referral from the IBS Network. I started with a 30 day supply and started noticing the difference in my IBS symptoms and gut health after around 3 weeks. I also started a natural antioxidants to support gut health at the same, and thought it was a combination of the two products, but once I stopped taking Alflorex in favour of the other product, my IBS symptoms returned. I started taking Alflorex regularly again for the past few weeks and have seen a big difference in gut health. I will now be continuing to take these regularly as it makes a big difference to quality of life and hope my gut health continues to get even better.
